- 1 onion minced

- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dark pepper
- 5 containers low sodium chicken soup
- 2 chicken bosoms
- 1 container dark colored rice
- 1 container dissipated milk
Directions
- In a huge soup pot, heat oil over medium-high warmth. Include onion, carrots, and celery and cook and mix for 3-4 minutes, until onion starts to turn brilliant.
- Include garlic, parsley, and thyme and cook 1 minute.
- Include salt and pepper, soup, chicken. Include rice. Blend and heat to the point of boiling over medium-high warmth.
- Decrease warmth to medium-low (a stew), spread, and cook for 30 minutes, mixing like clockwork, or until vegetables and rice are delicate.
- Expel chicken from pot and shred. Add back to the pot with dissipated milk.
