Fixings 

  • 1 lb. sushi-grade ahi fish, cut into chomp measured pieces 
  • 1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce 
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar 
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil 
  • 1 tsp. crisply ground ginger 
  • Squeeze pounded red pepper drops 
  • 2 green onions, meagerly cut, in addition to adding for enhancement 
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds, in addition to adding for enhancement 


FOR SERVING 

  • Cooked white or dark colored rice 
  • Cut avocado 
  • Cut cucumber 
  • Edamame 
  • Destroyed carrots 
  • Cut radish 


Bearings 

  1. In an extensive bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper pieces, green onions, and sesame seeds. Add fish and hurl to coat. Refrigerate for no less than 15 minutes or as long as 60 minutes. 
  2. To serve, add rice to the base of four dishes. Top with fish and garnishes of your decision. Trimming with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
