  • 1 Cinnamon (little stick)
  • 3 units Cardamom
  • 5 Peppercorns (delicately crushed)
  • 2 – 3 Green Chillies (cut longwise)
  • 1 teaspoon finely hacked Ginger (or ginger glue)
  • 7 Garlic cloves (crushed and generally
  • hacked) or garlic glue
  • 2 medium estimated Onions (finely slashed)
  • 3 huge Tomatoes (finely slashed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stew Powder Red
  • 1/4 container Tamarind Water
  • 1 container meager Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 container thick Coconut Milk
  • 8 – 10 Curry Leaves
  • to taste Salt

Directions

  1. In a huge skillet, heat coconut oil and include mustard seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorns, and green chilies. Once everything begins spluttering, include ginger, garlic, and onions.
  2. Cook till the onions turn delicate and translucent and include tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, bean stew powder, and salt. Give the tomatoes a chance to cook until they are thick and include tamarind water and slim coconut milk.
  3. Blend and heat this to the point of boiling. Stew till the sauce diminishes marginally and ends up thicker. This will take around 5. Now, include some water on the off chance that you have to alter the consistency.
  4. Modify flavoring, include curry leaves and pour in the thick coconut milk. Mix a couple of times, without giving it a chance to reach boiling point and turn off the fire. Drop the eggs in the curry, and spread and let it sit for five minutes before serving.
