fixings 

  • 8 ounces dry noodles-soba noodles, linguini, rice noodles or gluten free noodles 
  • 1 little bundle asparagus - 8 ounces 
  • 4 ounces snow peas 
  • 1 little bundle broccolini – or sub broccoli or green beans - 8 ounces 
  • 8-16 onces edamame ( shelled) 
  • 8 ounces heated tofu ( or burned tofu, squeezed tofu, or sub chicken bosom) 
  • 3-4 liberal bunches infant spinach-4 ounces, more to taste 
  • 3 scallions-cut 
  • Discretionary enhancements - toasted sesame seeds, avocado, cilantro, grows 

Sesame Ginger Dressing 

  • ⅓ glass olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil 
  • ⅓ glass soy sauce or gluten free Bragg's fluid amino acids 
  • ¼ glass rice wine vinegar 
  • 3 tablespoons darker sugar (or coconut sugar or palm sugar) 
  • 1 tablespoon bean stew sauce ( like sambal olek or sriracha) 
  • 2 tablespoons finely slashed ginger 
  • 3 fat cloves garlic-finely minced 

guidelines 

  1. Bring a vast pot of salted water to bubble for the pasta and cook pasta as indicated by bearings 
  2. Make the Sesame Ginger dressing by mixing the fixings together in a medium bowl.
