Fixings 

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil ($0.16) 
  • 1 yellow onion ($0.31) 
  • 2 cloves garlic ($0.16) 
  • 2 Tbsp flour ($0.02) 
  • 2 Tbsp bean stew powder* ($0.60) 
  • 15 oz. can diced tomatoes ($0.79) 
  • 15 oz. would tomato be able to sauce ($0.88) 
  • 15 oz. can kidney beans ($0.89) 
  • 15 oz. can dark beans ($1.15) 
  • 15 oz. can pinto beans ($1.49) 
  • 1 container solidified corn bits ($0.44) 
  • 2 containers vegetable stock ($0.26) 
  • 2 containers uncooked macaroni noodles ($0.50) 
  • 1 container destroyed sharp cheddar ($1.25) 


Directions 

  1. Shakers the onion and mince the garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil in the base of a vast pot (5 qt) over medium warmth for 2-3 minutes, or until the onions are delicate and straightforward. 
  2. Include the flour and bean stew powder to the sautéed onions and garlic. Proceed to mix and sauté for around two minutes, or just until the flour and bean stew powder starts to coat the base of the pot. 
  3. Channel and flush the kidney beans, dark beans, and pinto beans. Include the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, each of the three beans, corn, and vegetable stock to the pot. Mix to join and to break up any flour and stew powder off the base of the pot. 
  4. Include the uncooked macaroni noodles and mix to join. Spot a top on the pot, turn the warmth up to medium-high, and let the pot come up to a bubble. Blend each other moment or so to slacken the noodles from the base of the pot as it warms up. 
  5. At the point when the pot achieves a bubble, turn the warmth down to low, or simply above low, so it proceeds to tenderly stew.
