CHEESEBURGER MACARONI SKILLET

CHEESEBURGER MACARONI SKILLET (HAMBURGER HELPER)
A home made, more healthy model of the famous boxed dinner. Seasoned ground red meat and onions simmer alongside pasta in tomato sauce and beef broth and is then topped with cheese for a one skillet 30 minute dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 – half lbs. Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • half Cup Organic Onion, diced
  • half of Cup Organic Green Pepper, diced (non-compulsory)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (you can use fresh too)
  • 1/four teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/four tsp Sea Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic Whole Milk
  • 1 half of Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 /2 (15 oz) Can Organic Diced Tomatoes (non-obligatory)
  • 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni, raw (entire wheat will add a few min to the cooking time)
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce (attempt to discover one with low sugar or make your own)
  • 2 Cups Organic Cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated


INSTRUCTIONS
