INGREDIENTS
- 1 – half lbs. Grass Fed Ground Beef
- half Cup Organic Onion, diced
- half of Cup Organic Green Pepper, diced (non-compulsory)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (you can use fresh too)
- 1/four teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/four tsp Sea Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Cups Organic Whole Milk
- 1 half of Cups Beef Broth
- 1 /2 (15 oz) Can Organic Diced Tomatoes (non-obligatory)
- 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni, raw (entire wheat will add a few min to the cooking time)
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce (attempt to discover one with low sugar or make your own)
- 2 Cups Organic Cheese, freshly grated
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
INSTRUCTIONS
